Our Mediation and Caucus Spaces
Our mediation space features a large conference room with Chihuly glass and scenic views of downtown Tacoma, as well as five separate caucus rooms. A large TV is available for drafting settlement agreements and viewing any documents or media together as a group. A whiteboard is also available as needed.
Parking is available in the angled stalls on the southside of the building and on the street. Bathrooms are available on site.

A standard session lasts between 2-4 hours, but can vary widely depending upon the nature and depth of the dispute. The number of hours set aside for your mediation will be agreed upon during the initial consultation.
